    Use to retwist locs, braids, and/or style hair. Place a small amount on your fingers, and then rub together. Apply to damp or dry hair, gently working into your hair and scalp. Use a comb for best results for retwisting. Style as usual.

    I have 4c hair texture and when I say this gel hold my locs in place it does just that; I am loving my own retwisted hair. The best thing is that it only takes a little bit to get the job done.

    I purchased the trio gel bundle and other than the scent, all of which are fine, they are basically the same. It would be nice if there were products that were unscented so you don't have conflicting smells - hair products vs shower products. I don't have the skills to use a comb for my retwist so I palm roll. The hold is good and a little gel is all that is needed, but the pasty texture does give me some concern. Having said that, despite being a "firm hold gel" don't expect your retwist to not be affected when you moisturize your locs; after a few days I found that my retwist will begin to untwist.

    Hi there! Thank you so much for your feedback. We'll consider unscented products for the future but at the moment these are the options available and clearly listed with the scents. To preserve your retwist to last longer we recommend a protective style like two strand twist or braiding after retwisting. Hope this helps.
