    I ordered hair products and a phone case, after placing my order I noticed the phone case was the wrong size and I was not able to change the size ,I realized it right after less than 5 minutes ,I know that there are custom made but I'm sure it wasn't made that quick before I tried to change it now I'm stuck with a phone case that I can do absolutely nothing with after spending over $150 on hair product I think that could have been some kind of way to change that phone case ,I really wanted the hair products because I have heard great things about the product but I can't do business with someone who can't meet me half way ,the case was $20 I cancelled my ordered for $150 for hair products because of this, sorry things didn't work out

Shortly after your order was received, our team noticed that an incorrect address had been entered. We reached out promptly to help resolve this, and we appreciate your response two hours later with the corrected information. In your response, you also noted that an incorrect phone case size had been selected (not in 5 mins).

    Please note that our order page clearly states that custom items cannot be canceled or refunded once ordered. As the custom phone case was already in processing, we were unable to cancel it. However, per your request, we promptly refunded the remaining items in your order, which were not custom-made.
