Good afternoon. I didn’t receive the made for locs bag and I was under the impression that I would also be receiving the MFL lint brush but I didn’t. How may I get help with correcting my order? Please and thank you

I absolutely love the products. I use the shampoo and some of the mist spray today after I wash my hair definitely will purchase again once I run out.

So far I have used the shampoo and I have re-twisted my locks and it came out great.

First Time User

Loc products are showing up on the market left and right and all of them claim to be the wonder product for loc care. As such, I was skeptical, but I'm so glad I decided to give MFL a try. The shampoo was cleansing, but didn't dry my locs. The gel was quite a bit more "pastey" than what I've previously used but it does a great job of holding the retwist and despite having mature locs my mountain of frizz is a lot less noticeable. The pineapple hair oil isn't a favorite smell for me (personal preference), but it does an excellent job of sealing in the moisture from the refresher spray, plus the smell doesn't linger. All in all my locs are well hydrated and moisturized, not greasy, and I love the natural ingredients. The travel bag to hold all the items is well made and a definite plus. I'm low-maintenance so I haven't used the styling mousse or the detox bar as of yet but I'm sure they are great products as well.

Had bad scalp issues from build up, used the detox bar and apple cider vinegar shampoo, and the other styling products. It's been a month and no build-up and no other scalp issues. Definitely buying more!
